SUPERIOR VILLAS - 1 Bedroom

A stylish and spacious villa perfect for a couple or family looking for comfortable accommodation on Norfolk Island. Each Superior Villa has its own private balcony that overlooks the picturesque valley canopy.

The master bedroom has a king zip bed (this can be turned into a twin if desired), crisp linen, extra blankets and pillows.

Disability access: Villa 1 & 2 do not have any steps. Villa 3 & 4 have only 3-4 steps leading to the villa. All four villas have a lip into the shower.

DELUXE VILLA - 1 & 2 Bedroom

For something special, book our one or two-bedroom Deluxe Villa. Groups and families will love the spaciousness and seclusion this two bedroom villa has to offer, with a private balcony overlooking the valley canopy, courtyard with BBQ facilities and private car park and entrance. Our one bedroom Deluxe villa is our newest villa, with perfect views over the valley and new bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Disability Access: There is a ramp to allow access to the front door into the two bedroom. The one bedroom has no steps into the Villa. There are no other steps inside this villa. All villas have a lip into the showers.

Accommodation was one bedroom villa,very comfy layout, close to shopping and car hire registration is just 500 mtrs… around the corner, car is at your Villa, airport pickup and drop off to the villa, villa has washing and drying machines, we had a very enjoyable stay at this placeread more

Grant is the perfect host. Met us at the cabin, explained everything, including logging all our devices into the… internet. He explained the use of our car which was included. The cabin (villa 6) was clean, comfortable and spacious, for our needs. The villas are not that far out of town, a pleasurable slow walk into town if you don’t want to cook breakfast. We were surprised all the locals leave the cabins & cars unlocked. Also we were only about 3-5 minutes to Kingston & Emily Beach.read more

Nice ‘villa’, #2 in our case. Two twin bed in decent shape. Good linens and kitchen was well equipped. Microwave… above fridge was way too high up!Views were of the backyard vegetation, not landscaped and should be pruned or cut back. Feels dark as a result. We used the BBQ Weber three times and it was nice to have. Weather was rainy on and off in mid August so only one chance to use the deck for a meal (lunch). The table is tiny and unsuitable for a supper.Our villa had a musty odor that never left in our four nights there and mildew may be the cause. The location was walking distance of less than 1 KM to shops and some places to eat or get groceries. But, there are a lot of choices on NI and I would choose another place next time despite no issues to speak of. We enjoyed our visit. Choose villa 3 or 4 if you go.read more
